Retail Operations Lead/Manager, Singapore

Responsibilities
  • Act as the brand ambassador of Tiffany & Co., supporting all Retail Excellence functions across stores in Singapore and providing support to the Retail Excellence Director.
  • Nurture and develop the store-based support community to continuously achieve operational excellence with high levels of initiative and proactivity.
  • Maintain a retail control checklist and conduct monthly and quarterly audit checks of every store, working in partnership with store-based support roles to ensure operational excellence.
  • Leverage the Regional Retail Training Team; through effective store interactions help identify actions and learning strategies to support overall operational effectiveness and best practices.
  • Partner with HR to launch and support Store Managers and admins on any store‑related engagement activities.
  • Be part of one of the most creative, diverse, and inclusive teams that demonstrate thoughtfulness, care, and optimism.
  • Craft the future of Tiffany within the broader context of the LVMH group, guiding career and achieving aspirations.
  • Participate in a structured interview process including meetings with the Retail Excellence Director, Regional teams, and the President to assess suitability and impact.
