Job summary

A luxury retail company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage inventory control, oversee shipments, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related fields and 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail. Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory control, oversee shipments, and handle transfers and consignments.
  • Create purchase orders and coordinate shipments while liaising with central operations.
  • Monitor stock levels, track sales, handle back orders, and ensure timely replenishment of model stock and related materials.
  • Allocate products based on back orders and sales targets, ensuring efficient distribution of high-end and limited edition pieces.
  • Support sales operations by reviewing records and ensuring compliance through audits.
  • Verify customer payments and manage store vendor relations, petty cash, and expense reporting.
  • Assist client-facing teams with back-office tasks and cover retail operations as needed.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly forecasts and maintain the clientele book.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare for events, ensuring product availability and tracking leads.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for those experienced in luxury retail operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail software applications.
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
