Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Establish performance targets and conduct performance reviews regularly
  • Manage team schedule to ensure sufficient manpower
  • Budget and control manpower costs
  • Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, claims etc
  • Manage payroll related tasks in verifying attendance, OT, commission
  • Inventory Management
  • Handle purchase orders, pricing update and stock control
  • Sales and Operations
  • Review sales data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Manage corporate sales accounts and online platforms
  • Coordinate cross-border logistics and domestic deliveries
  • Diploma with 2 years of retail experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work at Retail store when required
  • Drive monthly sales target and promotions to meet company's objectives
  • Conduct a weekly stock-take to ensure sufficient stocks in the shop
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and elevate issues to management when necessary
  • Handle cashiering and accurately process transactions
  • Restock shelves and ensure that all products on display are organized and compliant with product labelling
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and storeroom at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder points
  • Shift hrs : 9.15am to 6.15pm / 12.30pm to 9.30pm
