Overview
We are seeking an energetic and organized Retail Operation Executive to support the retail and back office. For coordination of the in-store operations in maintaining operational and HR efficiency, inventory control and point-of-sale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level: job placements, sourcing and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, and claims for retail/office staff.
- Coordinating overtime data and monthly commission computation.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, especially at the store level.
- Administrative
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the store and back office (e.g., supplies, maintenance contracts renewal, utilities etc).
- Coordinate with vendors for office/store supplies, services, and housekeeping.
- Managing purchase orders, products inventory, price updates and store supplies.
- Managing inventory control and follow up on shipments, transfers and consignments.
- Monitor stock, sales, warehouse coordination and shipments arrangements.
- Updating internal system with product and inventory data, filing invoices, purchase records
- Performance month end sales and payment reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate report on leads.
- Support marketing events as and when required.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stocks levels, purchase and administration records
