Job Description & Requirements:

We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our retail team at our flagship store in Singapore – a key figure in the overall OSN offline brand experience.

You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

The current position offered will Full-Time Retail & Operations Executive or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").

Responsibilities include:
Retail:
  • Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
  • Assisting in setup and roll out of new stores locally and overseas
  • Achieving or exceeding sales and customer growth targets
  • Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
  • Executing in store-activities, events or campaigns
  • Reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly product and sales performance
  • Contributing regularly at internal meetings with team members to optimise store operations, improve workflow and productivity
  • Reporting to Retail & Community manager
Customer service:
  • Handling daily customer queries with prompt and appropriate solutions and escalating concerns to relevant departments
  • Contributing regularly to innovation and improvement of workflow between online and offline sales channels
  • Inspecting returned items and processing store credit refunds
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience online and offline
Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum I year working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
  • Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
  • Able to converse fluently in English
  • Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
