Job description

As a Retail Operation Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, enabling the sales team to focus fully on delivering an elevated client experience.

Our client is a world-renowned luxury maison celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, rich heritage, and highly curated client experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full operational support to the boutique, ensuring efficient replenishment and minimising client waiting time.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom inventory in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Support daily product placement on the shop floor, aligned with stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures for internal reference.
  • Ensure store maintenance meets safety, security, and visual presentation standards.
  • Oversee supply management for packaging materials, stationery, uniforms, and maintenance needs.
  • Assist store management with administrative and back-office duties as required.
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail operations, stock management, or back-of-house roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
  • Able to commit to retail hours including weekends, closing shifts, and peak seasons
