responsible for sales and profits for the category of products in charge.
The candidate require to fullfil the basic packing and delivery standards.
Required to attend to order-related enquiries by customers, as well as handle operational exceptions. Ensure online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on-time. He/She require to supervise and train a team of retail assistant in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and manpower rostering.
