Job Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through new customer acquisition and retention.
• Lead & mentor beauty sales team to meet KPIs and deliver high‑end service.
• Train in product knowledge, sales techniques & client engagement.
• Ensure store operations, visual standards & customer experience align with luxury brand image.
• Manage CRM, inventory, POS systems & ensure accurate reporting.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches & events to boost revenue.
• Maintain ethical sales practices, grooming standards & SOP compliance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury skincare or premium beauty.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
