Job Description:

The Retail Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Recruit, train, and manage store staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Manage store budgets, prepare financial reports, and implement cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a safe and clean store environment, and oversee loss prevention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
