Job summary

A leading floral retailer in Singapore is seeking a Retail Florist to craft beautiful floral arrangements and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in floral arrangements and be comfortable handling wedding inquiries. You will work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, ensuring every day is special for our clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in floral arrangement or retail floristry is preferred.
• Able to work independently to create bouquets and floral designs.
• Comfortable handling wedding/event enquiries and simple setups.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and stand for extended hours.
• Experience with POS systems and basic technology is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements with confidence and care

• Assist with event setups and simple floral installations when required

• Maintain store cleanliness, floral displays, and stock organisation

• Operate POS systems and handle daily sales transactions accurately

• Support housekeeping duties and ensure a welcoming store environment
