Job Description
  • Online Sales Management: The Retail Executive is responsible for managing sales through company websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms, developing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth online transactions.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Duties include engaging with walk-in customers, promoting products, coordinating installation and delivery, preparing invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration and Administrative Tasks: The role involves working with marketing and warehouse teams to support sales efforts, maintaining accurate records and compliance, arranging courier services, managing quotations, and encouraging customer reviews.
