Responsibilities

• Indoor retail sales and promotion of both aquarium and pets products.
• Increase overall retail sales volume through excellent customer service.
• Handle sales inquiries and customer complaints.
• Manage retail farm tour groups.
• Oversee daily operations of the retail shop and cafe.
• Provide outdoor maintenance service to customers.
• Maintain in-house display fish tanks.
• Manage e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct monthly stock takes.
• Product merchandising.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job description

Indoor retail sales & promotion of both aquarium & pets products

Increasing overall retail sales volume through providing excellence customer service and assistant to walk in customers

Handle sales enquiries, customers’ complaints and feedback

Handling of retail farm tour group and ensuring that tour services meet set expectations

To oversee the daily operations and retail shop as well as cafe

Providing outdoor maintenance service to our customers

Maintenance of in-house display fish tanks

In-charge of e-commerce platforms

Monthly stock take

Products Merchandising

Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:
