Retail Executive

What you’ll be doing

1. Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with product selection, order fulfilment and any inquiries
2. Maintaining the overall presentation and organisation of the retail store to create an inviting shopping experience
3. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
4. Handling cash and card transactions accurately
5. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
6. Supporting the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns
7. Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
