• Lead sales efforts and build strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and effective selling strategies.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored service along with expert product knowledge.
• Utilize strong communication skills to establish and maintain lasting customer connections.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld, daily restocking is completed, and appropriate size ranges are available according to brand guidelines.
• Oversee back‑of‑house activities and participate in store cleaning duties as needed.
• Support various store operations and assist with other tasks when required.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned when necessary.
• Ensure timely execution of all visual merchandising directives, in‑store promotions, and price markdowns.
