Job summary

BWY WILMAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Retail Crew to greet customers, operate the POS, process payments, and maintain store presentation at Singapore outlets. This role includes stocking shelves, receiving goods, and following FEFO/FIFO stock rotation.

You will work rotating shifts from 8am to 8pm, Mon to Sun, including weekends and public holidays, at Tampines or Joo Chiat. Training is provided; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or F&B experience preferred; training will be provided at the outlet.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO stock rotation practices.
• Must be able to restock shelves, arrange displays and must be able to carry heavy goods during stock replenishment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Open for multiple locations (Tampines and Joo Chiat)
• Mon to Sun, rotating shift from 8am to 8pm

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store presentation.
• Receive, check, and bring in goods for storage or display.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, following FEFO/FIFO practices.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness — staff take turns with cleaning duties as there are no dedicated cleaners.
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly to ensure hygiene and provide a welcoming dining environment.
