Retail Channel Sales Account Manager
Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Channel Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role responsible for managing and expanding relationships with retail partners to drive sales of Company’s products, including IT Peripherals, Consumer Electronics Products/Goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail channel sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling Company products.
  • Channel Development: Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand Company’s market reach.
  • Retail Strategy Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Training & Support: Educate retail staff on product features and benefits to ensure effective product representation and sales execution.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years with proven experience in retail channel sales, preferably in IT peripherals, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
