You'll be the face of the brands customers love and discover. Sharing on-trend beauty products and expertise for all customers. If you are passionate about beauty, follow the latest trends, and love creating standout shopping experiences, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Connect & Inspire

• Greet every customer with energy and authenticity — make them feel seen, heard, and excited to explore;
• Offer real, personalized beauty advice across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance;
• Stay in tune with beauty trends and help customers discover what’s new and what’s next;
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and keep the energy on the floor high.

Create a Trendy, Fun Shopping Vibe

• Demonstrate products, share quick how-to’s, help customers feel confident trying new things;
• Support the vibe of the beauty space — keep it fresh, fun, and ready for selfies or stories.

Learn & Grow While You Work

• Stay updated on brand launches, key products, and exclusive promotions;
• Join training sessions (in-person or digital) to level up your service, product and ingredient knowledge.

Be Part of the Beauty Community

• Help organize or support in-store events, pop-ups, and mini activations;
• Build loyal customer relationships — remember what they love and follow up when the next must-have drops.

Keep It Clean & Cool

• Keep displays stocked, testers clean, and brand sections looking amazing;
• Follow hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are into beauty trends and love sharing tips or product with friends;
• You are confident chatting with people and helping them find their perfect product match;
• You are organized, reliable, and like working in a fun, team-focused environment;
• Previous experience in retail or beauty is a plus, but we’re open to fast learners with the right energy.

• Willing to work retail hours: 2-rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
