Manage inventory planning, stock movement, replenishment, and visual merchandising
Oversee administrative responsibilities including reporting, scheduling, and documentation
Support the management of retail partner locations and consignment operations where required
Lead by example in delivering premium, warm, and customer-first service
Drive sales performance and support achievement of monthly retail targets
Support product storytelling, demonstrations, experiential activations, and conversions
Handle customer feedback and escalations professionally and promptly
Lead, guide, and manage a team of retail assistants to ensure strong performance and service standards
Manage deployment and execution of B2B and B2G projects, including scenting solutions, installations, and service-based implementations
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, partner communication, and on-ground execution
Ensure high quality standards, professionalism, and a strong client experience during deployment
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and after-service support follow-up
Oversee website and TikTok Shop operations, including order management, fulfilment coordination, and customer experience
Manage TikTok Shop seller tools, promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
Plan, execute, and monitor online and live commerce campaigns to drive conversion and growth
