Job summary

A leading retail company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in luxury fashion at Changi Airport. Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation and assisting with stock management. Candidates should have prior experience in retail, strong communication skills, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury fashion retail or in similar capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations.
• Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Comfortable to working in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
