Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to engage shoppers on the shop floor, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

You will be part of a team delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a 5-day week, 44 hours, rostered from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with opportunities to cross-train at nearby stores. Eligible candidates in Singapore will be considered; prior retail or hospitality experience is an advantage,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the shop floor to identify needs and recommend products.
• Provide professional service while supporting upselling and cross-selling.
• Contribute to store sales targets as part of the team.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement.
• Support cashiering duties when required.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with daily store operations.
