Are you passionate about customer service and sales? We are looking for a motivated and friendly Retail Associate to join our growing team! You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company’s product, play an integral part in promoting the brand’s image and ensure that the day-to-day operation of the outlet/counter is carried out in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Attend to customers’ needs and serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service.
  • Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment.
  • Fulfil your role as a staff of the company by displaying and projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
  • Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail preferred
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking customers
  • Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
  • Preferred staying at east side
