Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a customer-focused retail role across Singapore. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear solutions that fit their vision and lifestyle, while delivering excellent service and maintaining store standards.

The position offers a 5-day week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and includes basic salary plus AWS and monthly incentives as part of a broader training and development program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to meet sales targets in a retail environment.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable eyewear products and solutions.
• Assist customers with frame selection and provide product recommendations based on preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and respond confidently to customer enquiries.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Support stock replenishment and daily store operations.

Working Hours

5-day work week, rotating shifts
