Job summary

A leading sports retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with daily operations, and build relationships with consumers. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Job description

• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn fundamentals of Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom.
• Being on top of our brand's product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs .
• Deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers, informing customers of our current promotions, best seller items.
• Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
• Build positive relationships with consumers and teammates and be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business - be available to operate the cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.

• Past experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus.
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
