As a Retail Associate, you’ll do more than operate a register — you’ll assist customers, manage transactions, and showcase our products, helping them discover something new with every visit.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage Customers – Greet shoppers, help find items, and share recommendations
• Drive Sales – Cross-sell items, highlight top-rated & seasonal products, and promote our membership app
• Support Tech-Savvy Shopping – Guide customers on QR code orders, Membership App features, and self-checkout kiosk
• Ensure Smooth Operations – Process payments and maintain checkout areas
• Maintain Security & Standards – Uphold store presentation, conduct FEFO stock rotation & expiry checks
• Fulfil Online Orders – Ensure correct product selection, packaging for delivery/pickup

Salary Rates

• Full‑Time: From $2,330/month (5‑day workweek — work‑life balance!)
• Part‑Time: Mon–Fri $12.10/hr, Sat–Sun $15/hr
• Public Holidays (for Part‑Time): 2X Pay! ($24.20/hr weekdays, $30/hr weekends)
