About the Role

Yan Palace Singapore is seeking a friendly and responsible Retail Assistant to support daily store operations and provide excellent customer service. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work retail shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide product knowledge and promote Yan Palace bird’s nest products.
• Handle cashiering, payments, and daily sales transactions.
• Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
• Support store operations such as inventory checks and order preparation.

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (FMCG, health, or food industry is an advantage).
• Good communication skills, able to interact with customers in both English and Chinese.
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
