• Working location: Bukit Timah Road
• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday, 10.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to customers, guiding them in product selection
• Drive sales by engaging with customers, employing suggestive selling techniques, and sharing in-depth product knowledge
• Welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere
• Address customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met effectively
• Deliver exceptional service standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Utilize Photoshop and editing skills to assist customers with their editing needs, providing expert guidance.
• Lead and manage the outlet, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in Retail Assistant
• Basic knowledge and a keen interest in photography and digital Imaging will be advantageous
• Highly customer and service-oriented with a strong passion for retail operations
• Can work independently
