We are looking for a passionate and hands‑on Retail Assistant Manager to join our team at Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie. You will play a key role in leading daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand values of craft, hospitality, and creativity.

What You’ll Do

1. Store Operations & Management

  • Oversee day‑to‑day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and product display.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, cash handling, and inventory procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage product replenishment.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise and guide retail associates to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.

3. Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive sales through proactive engagement and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that communicates the brand story and craftsmanship behind each product.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Assist the Retail Manager in analyzing store performance, sales trends, and customer insights.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, manpower, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for campaigns, product launches, and events.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has at least 2–4 years of retail supervisory or assistant manager experience, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or boutique retail.
  • Is a natural leader who can motivate and guide a team.
  • Possesses strong customer service and communication skills.
