The Role:
- Reporting to the Operation Manager.
- Managing day-to-day store operations.
- Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers.
- Achieving Breo’s monthly sales targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the retail store.
- Promote and demonstrate Breo travel massagers to tourist & walk-in.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
- Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
- Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
- Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of retail experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
- Self-driven and motivated to grow in a retail career.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays.
