Retail Assistant Wanted!

The Role:

• Reporting to the Operation Manager.
• Managing day-to-day store operations.
• Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers.
• Achieving Breo’s monthly sales targets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the retail store.
• Promote and demonstrate Breo travel massagers to tourist & walk-in.
• Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
• Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
• Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
• Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
• Self-driven and motivated to grow in a retail career.
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
• Able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays.
