We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team at Yue Hwa Chinese Products Pte Ltd in Serangoon Central. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our retail store. This is a full‑time position.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Restocking and maintaining the presentation of merchandise on the sales floor
• Answering customer queries and providing product information
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and well‑organised at all times
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding shopping experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (or other relevant languages) to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
