• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product recommendations
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately
• Maintain store displays and ensure all items are presented neatly
• Support daily store operations including stock taking and replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Prior retail experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods preferred
• Passionate about customer service and sales
• Well‑groomed, friendly, and confident communicator
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
