A retail outlet in Singapore is seeking energetic individuals for customer service roles. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling POS transactions, restocking shelves, and ensuring store cleanliness. Experience in retail or F&B is preferred, and training is provided. Flexibility for shifts and heavy lifting is required. Join a dynamic team in a fun environment offering 5.5 days work week with shifts from 9am to 8pm.
Greet customers and provide friendly assistance.
Operate POS system, process payments, and issue receipts.
Restock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store presentation.
Receive, check, and bring in goods for storage or display.
Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, following FEFO/FIFO practices.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items.
Maintain overall store cleanliness — staff take turns with cleaning duties as there are no dedicated cleaners.
Ensure hygiene of counters, dining area, and equipment.
Clear and sanitize tables promptly to provide a welcoming dining environment.
Retail or F&B experience preferred; training will be provided at the outlet.
Energetic, hands-on, and willing to handle both sales and backroom tasks.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO stock rotation practices.
Must be able to restock shelves, arrange displays and must be able to carry heavy goods during stock replenishment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Open for multiple locations (Tampines/Hougang/Joo Chiat/Bukit Merah)
5.5days work week and rotating shift within 9am to 8pm
