Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
• Operate POS system and handle cashless/cash transactions accurately
• Replenish shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store presentation
• Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
• Support stock receiving, stock checks, and inventory control
• Assist with promotions, launches, and in-store activities
• Handle basic customer feedback and elevate issues when needed

Requirements

• No experience required (training provided)
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Comfortable standing for long hours
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good communication skills and positive attitude

Working Hours

• Up to 44 hours per week (full-time)
• Shift-based within store operating hours
