Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with new products
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
  • Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

Changi Airport transit area (Transport provided for opening shift and closing shift)
