Job description

This role requires you to be on-site.

We are operating a Retail Shop for Dryclean & Laundry Services.

Responsibilities include the following

1. Manage Sales Transactions, Opening & Closing Balance
2. Opening / Closing of Shop
3. Servicing Customers to collect & return laundry
4. Basic Retail Administrative works (e.g recording invoices, refunds, items received etc..)
5. Perform General Basic Cleaning of shop (To keep the shop tidy & clean, it is a small shop)

Requirements:

• Moderately good level of Spoken & Written English
• Knowledge of how to operate POS Systems
• Able to work on weekends & PH apart from weekdays.
• Be able to travel to the Head Office & Factory in the west once or twice a year for training or discussions

Good to have:

• Experience in customer facing roles
• Knowledge in simple troubleshooting of Electronic Tablet for POS System
• Enjoys interacting with people

Job Location, Hours & Other Information

• Compass One - North / North East Region (Inter-Outlet travel will be required in the future if there are expansions, for now it is not required)
• 5 Days per week, 10:45am - 9:15pm (Shop operating hours are from 11am to 9pm with an hour's break inbetween).
• Salary is based assuming on taking on a full time position with the indicated work days and hours.
