My client is a well known consumer retail chain they are looking for a dynamic Retail Area Manager to lead a group of Store Managers and drive outstanding business results. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the area’s business plan and KPIs, ensuring operational excellence, and elevating the retail experience across all stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Store Managers to meet sales, profitability, and service KPIs.
  • Ensure smooth store operations and high standards of retail execution.
  • Analyze performance reports and market trends to identify opportunities and drive improvement plans.
  • Evaluate store environments and workflows, proposing practical solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures to safeguard assets, people, and performance.
  • Monitor surrounding competitive landscapes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent for succession planning.
  • Be a role model in work ethic, creativity, and sales-driven behavior.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder with a strong passion for retail management.
  • Minimum 3 years’ operational experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Retail industry is an advantage.
