This full-time position is based in our Ang Mo Kio store, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and assisting customers with their electrical and appliance needs.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding the right products and provide expert advice and recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and functionality to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store displays and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in electrical or hardware knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
• Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to process transactions accurately
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
• A passion for the retail industry and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
• Mandarin speaker and MS office advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
