Job Description

• Greet members & guests professionally and courteously
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
• Check in all members and guests for appointments
• Assist members with rental or demo clubs
• Charge accurately through Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Liaise with Food & Beverage Team to ensure the needs of members & guests are met
• Prepare end of day POS register
• Assist in quarterly stock count

Job Requirements

• Computer literacy & proficiency in using POS system will be advantageous
• Preferred background in service industry, hospitality, or retail sectors
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented with a professional appearance
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Willing to work on rotational shifts and weekends
