Retail Ambassador (Full-time and Part-Time)

We’re on the lookout for self-motivated, vibrant individuals who love people, retail, and meaningful customer interactions. As a Retail Ambassador, you’ll be the heart of our flagship store experience — welcoming guests into the Singlapa world, sharing the stories behind our watercolour art, and helping customers find pieces that brighten their everyday lives. Job Responsibilities

• Create a warm, smooth, and welcoming experience for every guest who steps into our store
• Maintain an inviting retail space — tidy, beautiful, and true to our brand aesthetic
• Engage customers with sincerity: share product knowledge, advise on gifting, fit, and selections
• Stay updated on our collections, new launches, promotions, and brand stories
• Provide a seamless shopping journey from browsing to checkout
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure an inspiring product display
• Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, transfers, and support stocktakes
• Handle cashiering duties via our POS system, including payment processing and packaging purchases
• Work collaboratively with HQ for timely updates and operational needs
• Support the store manager in driving sales and maintaining store standards

Who We’re Looking For

• Applicants must have genuine interest in Singlapa — our story, craftsmanship, and products
• Be a warm, empathetic people-person who loves conversations and makes customers feel at ease; be a team player who values respect, support, and collaboration
• If you can watercolour, it is highly advantageous
• Be a multi-tasker who can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Maintain strong floor discipline: tidiness, organisation, and proactive upkeep
• Be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently when required
• Minimum 15 hours per week
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend and public holidays
• Comfortable with both opening and closing shifts
• Minimum 6-month commitment
• Hourly-rated role

• Approximately 44 hours per week (full-time) and must be able to work at least 1 weekend and public holidays
