Profile

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices.

Job Description
  • Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.
  • Proactively engage and attend to walk‑in customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including assistance with repair‑related matters.
  • Receive, process and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc duties as required.
Requirements
