Our client, a distinguished Japanese restaurant, is searching for a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to conduct their floor operations and ensure every guest experience is five-star perfect.

We're looking for someone who can seamlessly blend efficiency with genuine warmth—a true maestro who can lead the team with an encouraging smile while keeping operations running as smoothly as a perfectly sliced piece of sashimi.

Your Command Performance (Key Responsibilities)
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, inspire, and train the service crew, setting a high standard for professionalism and efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing duties, ensuring service standards are consistently exceeded.
  • Guest Experience Guardian: Proactively manage the dining area, handle guest feedback with tact and charm (turning potential frowns upside down!), and ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Resource Management: Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization across the floor.
  • Cash Flow & Reporting: Handle cashiering procedures and end‑of‑day reports accurately.

Working Schedule
  • Locations: Mohamed Sultan Rd
  • 6 days work week - Monday to Saturday, closed on Sundays
  • Working Hours from 12pm - 11pm
    1 hr break from 4.30pm - 5.30pm
