Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist Restaurant Manager in operations of outlets to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Interact with customers and attend to any queries.
  • Ensure the standard of service provided to customers at all times.
  • Ensure outlet cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Guide and assist new hire in operations.
  • To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Food Safety Level 1 Certified.
  • Minimum of 1 years of working experience preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore market and behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong copywriting skills being a plus.
