• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management.
• Hands-on experience in both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH).
• Ideally with fast casual dining experience.

• 5 DAYS WORK WEEK!!
• Full Time position
• Salary range from S$3,000 to S$3,500 (commensurate with experience)
• Location: Central / East / West

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the restaurant manager to lead staff
• Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in the daily operations of the outlet
• Ensuring product quality and availability
• Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service
• Responsible for serving food and beverage to guests according to service procedures
• Responsible for the quality service, product and cleanliness of the outlet
• To perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Singaporean / PR only
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management, additional operations and/or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Hands‑on experience in all facets of FOH and BOH
• Ideally with fast casual dining experience
• Team player with good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
