  • Maintain high-quality food standards.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff.
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Work with staff to project future kitchen supply needs.
  • Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
  • Manage work schedules of restaurant staff.
