Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operations including opening & closing
- Providing excellent customer service and building great customer relations
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective actions for service recovery
- Documentation and filing of expenses and supplier invoices
- Assist in providing monthly sales reports to monitor store performance
- Assist in optimizing the revenue and overall profitability of the Restaurant
- Assist with training, motivation and discipline of all front-of-house employees through ongoing performance appraisals
- Ensure strict employee compliance to company's SOPs, sanitation and safety standards
- Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including renewal of licenses (i.e. MUIS, SFA)
- Confer & negotiate packages to potential wedding or corporate event clients
- Upkeeping of outlet’s equipment and overseeing maintenance
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of managerial experience in F&B or Hospitality industry
- Good communication skills (oral & written)
- Well-versed with Restaurant POS, Tablets and Terminals for Online/App orders
- Proficient in MS Office Tools & Adobe Office
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Possesses a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification
- Displays strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
