Job Summary: To be responsible for the overall patient meal service and maintain good relationship with the patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meal service for patients, including meal order taking, meal service and tray clearance.
- liaise with departments such as dietetics and kitchen to ensure accurate patient meal service.
- Follow procedures for control room related to meal service.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients in the wards.
- Ensure good relation with patients and address concerns.
- Attend to all patient complaints and feedbacks within a short period of time.
- Achieve KPI standards set for the department.
- Attend trainings related to the job and train new joiners.
- Carry out orientation training for new staff in customer service and using the EMOS system.
- Carry out all other administrative and operational duties assigned by superior and management.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service/F&B industry.
- Able to work independently and enjoy close collaboration with all levels of staff.
- Service-oriented and customer focused.
- Sharp, analytical and self‑motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision.
