What You'll Do:

  • Set up tables and oversee multiple service stations, recommending improvements as needed.

  • Plan staff rosters, manage attendance records, and ensure adequate staffing during shifts.

  • Support in hiring and training junior staff and participate in administrative tasks.

  • Organize and oversee events according to customer requests.

  • Resolve service issues tactfully and professionally.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

What You Bring:
