A premium hospitality establishment in Singapore is looking for a service-oriented professional to provide exceptional guest service in a bustling restaurant environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in food and beverage, particularly in premium Chinese cuisine, and be skilled in managing staff and events. The role includes overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and training junior staff. Provide excellent guest service while upholding company values, vision, and mission.
Take and serve food and beverage orders, prepare condiments, and ensure correct portions.
Familiarise with menus, promotions, seasonal items, and membership programs.
Set up tables and oversee multiple service stations, recommending improvements as needed.
Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Plan staff rosters, manage attendance records, and ensure adequate staffing during shifts.
Support in hiring and training junior staff and participate in administrative tasks.
Organize and oversee events according to customer requests.
Resolve service issues tactfully and professionally.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
2 years of relevant F&B or hospitality experience in a similar role in Premium Chinese cuisine
