Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus and wine lists, and taking orders accurately and efficiently
  • Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items and ingredients
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all tables are set to a high standard
  • Delivering food and drinks to tables, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained to our high standards
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude at our restaurant
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our menu and wine list, and keeping up-to-date with changes and promotions
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a service crew in a busy restaurant environment
