Responsibilities

  • Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations.
  • Greeting guests and managing waiting lists as necessary.
  • Providing menus and answering initial questions.
  • Escorting diners to their tables and providing menus.
  • Assigning guests to preferred tables while managing rotation.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Responding to complaints and resolving them.
  • Knowledge of the menu.
  • Assisting with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
