Job summary

A Singapore-based restaurant company is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist in managing daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Qualifications

  • Prior F&B or retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily store operations.
  • Supervise and coach team members during shifts.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
  • Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and standards.
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty when required.
