is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent service quality and guest satisfaction. You will develop and implement SOPs, manage P&L, budgeting and cost control, lead recruitment and training, drive sales initiatives, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards while liaising with vendors to optimise costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational SOPs to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control, including food cost, labour cost, and operational expenses.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management for a team of [XX] employees.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.
